This Sunday we will continue our series through the book of Hebrews and will be in chapter 12:18-29. We will celebrate a Baptism!
Cancer Support Ministry
We are excited to host and support a new Cancer Support Ministry in conjunction with Relay for Life.
The first meeting will be Tuesday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.
This ministry is for cancer survivors and those currently undergoing cancer treatment. It will be a place for encouragement, connection, faith, and support among people who understand the cancer journey.
Meetings will include relevant topics and speakers, opportunities for questions and discussion, a Scripture focus, and time to share prayer concerns and pray together.
If you are a cancer survivor or are currently facing cancer, we would love for you to join us.
Men's Breakfast
Men's Breakfast is this coming Saturday, September 5, 8:30am at Dairy Queen.
Men's & Women's Bible Studies
Men's and Women's Bible Studies are every Wednesday at 6:00pm starting September 23rd and ending on October 28th (we will not meet on October 7th--Fall Break).
Men will meet in the Library and will be studying the book of Nehemiah. You don't need anything before hand, just bring your Bible and come ready to enjoy.
Women will meet in the Parlor and are studying Humble Roots: How Humility Grounds and Nourishes Your Soul by Hannah Anderson. If you have any questions or need help purchasing your copy of the book, contact Susan Johnson (606)282-3205.
